very true, but putting out during PT is also where your peers evaluate you a lot. At least my peer eval comments always revolved around motivating people during PT, and I was ranked 3rd and 4th throughout.

billets are the least of your worries, billets dont mean as much as people are trying to make you think...Its all about your leadership grades such as LRC 1-2 and SULE 1-2. If you do poorly on those and do poorly in your billet positions, then they mean something....Otherwise, dont even start...

do sit ups/crunches every other day, not everyday. Also, focus on sit ups with your feet under a bar, as these are more difficult than having someone sit on your feet. Do these, then when you do your PFT sit ups they will seem much easier.

Stevew There is a lot more that goes into it besides grades and PFT. Did you have a lot of extra-curriculars, accomplishments that show leadership ect...?? It all depends, because ground guys tend to need higher PFT scores than air guys, and a guy from my OSO office had a fairly average PFT...

3 air slots? i dont think that is correct. My OSO was told that they are taking 100 occ guys for 189 class, and either 25 or 30% of those will be air slots. Still not that many, but fat better than 3. Let me know what you have heard
