Check out the various aviation thread boards, there’s stat sheets and you can see who got picked up with their stats.

That would be a good way to gauge your odds...
Thanks! I looked around! I wish I utilized this site more before I took the ASTB, but glad I'm here now. Hopefully everything goes well and that COVID-19 doesn't delay anything too much.

Re-posting the link for anyone who has yet to upload or update their information. Good luck to everyone who got their packets in before the deadline! Now let's just hope the board meets on time.

No matter what, we won’t find out on the 25th of May. That is simply the date that the board will convene (scheduled date). Release date will follow that at some point.

In an official email form the Board applications processor I was told that I would receive my results 2-8 weeks after the 25 May board date.

In the past, from studying trends and other boards, results usually come out, on average, around 3 weeks later. This was compared to date from FY19 and 19.

Hope that helps. I'm sure if you're on a time crunch for orders/ PCS (mostly for prior service) an exception to release policy could be made if you contact the board directly or have your ECM contact the N31 department. Again mostly for prior service and you should do so at your own discretion, I'm not sure if it would affect your results to request them early.

Hopefully that helps.

So will we find out if we were accepted or not on May 25th?
The last board took about 5 weeks after they convened to release the results. If I’m not mistaken, the one before that was significantly shorter. It all varies, but I wouldn’t expect any results for AT LEAST two weeks after they convene. From what I’ve read prior, they shouldn’t have a problem convening on the 25th because most of that is done and/or can be done virtually.

My package was submitted a little late because I failed the depth perception test at MEPS and had to retake it with a military optometrist. I'm hoping I will still be considered on this board, but if not, I will definitely make the next one. Good luck to everyone.

Applying for: SNA
ASTB: 68 9,8,8
Degree: B.S. Civil Engineering
GPA: 3.87
Age: 27
Prior Service: No
No waivers

Looking at this doc, and realizing so many are going for SNA. But that makes me curious, which pipelines everyone is interested in. Is there a way we can add a column for that? or people reply to this post with which pipeline you are wanting to get !

I would love to get strike but in all honesty I don't care which I get as long as I get to fly.

While I’m sure it won’t play any role in selection, this is a fun topic of conversation. I’d love to fly literally anything they put me in, if I’m fortunate enough to receive the opportunity. However, the faster the better for me :) how about you?
