    No it wasn't... you don't get high speed with those wings.... it'll have a decent TAS, but that's due to the altitude. It's not the SR-71, THAT was made for high speed flight :)

    The NACES is the only ejection seat I've flown with, but I don't think it's that bad. I know the S-3 guys say it's way better than their seat. Of course, anymore than 1.5 hours in the seat and the a$$ just starts to hurt.
