Nooooo not in the least. The Great White ranges around the entire temperate zone of the oceans. I still remember a 16 footer that was caught off Massachusetts, about 5-10 miles out. I have the picture saved, it was like 10 years ago. The Med has had a decent amount of Great White attacks...

The Hornet canopy has nothing to do with the ability to see below you when you're straight and level... The system is designed so that you can look down at your, say, leg and an image of what it is below your aircraft at that point would be projected on your helmet.

Forgot to add, the front sight is fixed in the GI model. You can put other sights on it, but it'll require some gunsmithing.

The GI is modeled after the WWII model 1911. Doesn't have a lowered ejection port, has straight "grip" on the slide, couple other things. The Mil-Spec is "mil-spec". It has some upgraded features over the GI. Looks a little nicer, a little more reliable maybe. Little more expensive too. Can't go...
