I was using the word "attrition" in the sense that a DOR is a form of attrition. Concur with what was said above.

I've never heard of any BDCP applicant getting direct feedback from the selection board. Instead the recruiter typically knows what to look for and can offer some advice on what to improve, if necessary. Perhaps the recruiter has a contact on the board and can get "off-the-record" feedback...
