We do now know they had the wrong guy; do you truly think they (the cops) knew that at the time, and were just looking to find a black male to arrest? This has been covered enough in the previous few pages though... I personally saw a lot more escalation from the handcuffed individual; it seemed like a staged "GOTCHA". And yes, I myself, and I imagine you yourself, would have shown our ID's. It has nothing to do with race (that part of it, I do not mean to say that blacks are not unfairly targeted by police actions). If a police officer attempted to arrest me saying I fit the description of an Alex, I would show them who I am rather than ask my friends to record a video of me resisting while cussing them out. I still agree with all that Floyd was wrongly murdered, FWIW. But making videos like these intentionally causing confrontation don't really help in my humble opinion. Whenever they are made.
