If you are planning on switching to a different P229 that may also be in .40 and .357.....why bother selling what you have? The rail is overrated, especially if the one you already have has night sights. The P229 in 9mm doesnt gain much in capacity anyways....just one round, so why bother...

Don't bother living in Pensacola if you KNOW you will be following on to Whiting. You'll be commuting to NASP for 6 weeks of API plus the A Pool wait....but spending around 6 months at Whiting. Live in Pace or Milton. I lived in North Pensacola for just the reasons you listed....dumb. API...
