Pretty accurate statement. Here's mine:
Ethics dinner in Alumni Hall for people who's essays were selected (I had another Colonel as a teacher, greatest guy). It's the end of the dinner and I'm hanging around as my other roommate wanted to talk to some officers (glee club guy, knew everyone) and as we're about to go I see said figure walking towards us. I barely have the chance to whisper "incoming" to my friend before we're intercepted. Conversation wasn't bad at all and he actually seemed like a good guy, however it felt like I was poking at a loaded rat trap.
Another story. Were you 06 or 07, because if you were 07 you got to hang around after the 06 graduation and clean up the halls. This wasn't a normal alpha strip-the-deck and wipe-the-surfaces type, this was take-a-spoon-to-the-far-corners-of-the-room-to-remove-any-type-of-dirt type. If you failed you had to stay an extra day AFTER graduation (making two days more) to help clean. But it gets better, during 2nd block summer school and right before the plebes arrive, the hall is looking its best over in 6th wing yet not good enough since he did a walk through and called everyone in those companies to go over and clean the entire wing. However, since it was summer school there were few people there so it ended being around 20 or so people who had to go through, strip, wax and otherwise fully clean 5 decks to his standards. Bipolar would be nice compared to what he has.
