I'm going to agree with both of you. After going through OCS and having to juggle studying and stress, it was nice to get into the college final type studying of API, where all I had to worry about was studying and not everything else. And with you OU, likewise I saw people who could do OCS...

The introductory material is always the hardest, once you have that layer down you can always build. If you guys try to understand what your studying instead of just relying on memorizing numbers you will do A LOT better and you'll end up having to study less in the end.

I'll just add on to Ducky here, you have to start getting used to the idea that not everybody is meant to fly. Some people who are quality dudes, (never sandbag and would always extend a hand) can not function in the cockpit, it has nothing to do with wanting to succeed or not putting effort in...

Yeah that cool until you have a mishap. I'm sure dehydration, lowering you heart rate from all the cardio (G-tolerance), and eating nothing but veggies would be totally applicable to us.

Try to throttle back a bit, put it in context. He was in Vegas = a reason, with a couple days of buffer, and not like he was home alone. You don't want the guys who need to drink to fall asleep, because they are a nervous wreck.
