are you looking at the excel sheet that NRC has that they track what class they will put people in, or what they have put in the official system that is often updated at the last minute? In addition just because an OCS class has say 30 openings doesn't mean they have room for SWO's or Supply, etc.... those spots could be earmarked for SNA, Nukes, etc....

eNTRs is empty from OCTOBER on minus a seat or two. Sure every seat could be slated for Pilot, and they could make 600 (200 from the his board and the next two this FY) SWO's wait until January but that is far less likely than there being seats available.

Not surprising those are open, it wasn't uncommon for people to be put in only a month or so before they are slated to be in that class. The internal document is what would really tell you what is going on.
