Not always. Found out from my brother (former ECMO) last week that I have a nephew coming in October so there is still hope for a boy for you Prowler guys.

Former being the operative word here... How long has he been out of the cockpit? Most of the ECMOs I know have mostly girls...

I think right around 4 years or so. Just finished his shore cruise flying for NATO in Germany. I know there is a strong occurance of girls amongst ECMOs. I was just pointing out an acception to the rule. Nothing more.

If he was flying E-3's then that is proof right there that story is a myth, you want to talk about trons on gonads............:eek:

The only aircraft that NATO has are E-3's and a few 707 trainers stationed out of Gielenkirchen, so unless he was flying German Tornado ECR's he was flying AWACS.........

Sorry I misread your post and thought you were talking P-3's out of Whidbey. Yeah he was in E-3's. My mistake. My first bit of drunk reading/ posting last night before I went out to the bars.

The operative fact here isn't that he was drunk posting, but that he was drunk PRIOR to going out... This shows that Badger has learned at least one thing during his stint at college: The proper way to pregame.

I know Wisconsin.

Drinking is a pre-rec to BEING in Wisconsin .... cheese-head central .... down on the river, down around Wabasha, Eau Claire, Nelson, etc., etc. ... you need a LOT of "pre-rec" to survive ... :)
 
For the curious prospective NFOs out here, how long did it take you between commissioning-wings and API-wings?
