IWC is made up of several designators Intel, IP, CW, Oceano and others.

There isn't really a public release like advancement results.

The results are sent out generally by the Director of accessions so Paul probably didn't know they had been sent out.

They won't say why, the list is just a list of Y or N.

If your recruiter has been around for a while he can give you general reasons, but he should have told you up front things that could add or detract from your application.
