It’s late in the FY and so ORs are probably holding over applicants for the next FY.

Is it because they accept more at the beginning of the FY compared to the end? FY19 would be starting the October board, right?

Two questions for the ORs here:
1. I am also a future sailor in DEP. I am scheduled to ship May 21st but we might not get results before then. What happens if I don’t ship before the results are out?
2. I’m a dual citizen (Poland-U.S.). Will that impact my selection chances?
