I'm a big fan of Luminox for a field watch. I received the following model as a Christmas present prior to reporting to TBS and its been great. I'll definitely get another should this one ever fail. Might be a bit overkill for OCS considering you won't get to use it much however.

Congratulations. And I'll echo what others have said. If you want to increase your muscle mass you'll need much more than 60g of protein each day. If I were you I'd aim for 30g/meal, assuming of course, that you're eating 6 times a day.

I understand your concerns, but the bottom line is that you can suck it up for only 10 weeks. I lost a good bit of muscle and all my lifts dropped off substantially during OCS, but they were right back to where they were before after resuming a lifting regimen for 6-8 weeks after graduation...

They moved 196 from 11OCT to 22SEP and ended up either A) giving us leave and allowing us to go in the hole or B) giving everyone PTAD - Your choice. I assume they'll do something similar but you never know.
