How many good ideas have you had today? I had a lot of inspiration early on, but then I quit.
Pardon my ignorance, why is the asterisk significant?
It means the board, upon reviewing your record, thought you were GREAT. Your record was judged to be amongst the most impressive.
It also means that you get pushed to the front of the line for promotion and start getting paid a lot sooner.
I’m happy for everyone that made it, but a few of the names on the list kinda surprised me. Am I the only one?

I started to post earlier about the same thing...but decided better of it. Buuuut now that you mention it...seriously, I hope they are not in the position where all O-4 selectees automatically make DH because of shortfalls.... ?
I see a few folks with non-flying JO shore tours on there. However, definitely a lot of non-selects too.
I've got resignation orders in hand, so I'm a loose cannon with actual good ideas about how to make things suck less. However, the lifers are jealous of me so they won't heed them.

Not an aviator but two of the names on the list for 1830 were previously NJPd for Frat.
They both made it. I was surprised.
