Can we get all the lurkers and actives to report in when they get the news so that the rest of us know it's out, when it's out? Good Luck to all. I'm SO nervous. Regardless of the outcome, it's been an honor fretting with all of you. :)

My package was through NRD New England as well. I kept waiting for the LT that was running the interview boards to call....finally I called him and he was going on leave the week of the deadline. When I heard that I arranged my own interview board and got in just under the wire.

Good luck to everyone.

I spoke with my recruiter yesterday and he said the board didn't start til this coming Monday... so I'm guessing he's slightly off.... can't wait to hear results.

The results of the SEP12 IDC PR should be available to your recruiters soon...

This is my first board and the hardest thing is the wait. Does anyone know if you can find out your board recommend which my recruiter said she couldn't give to me prior to the final board?

Just got the call that I wasn't selected but had a great package......suggested I go again. Can anybody tell me the odds of getting picked up without having my Masters finished?

I just got the phone call that I was a non-select as well. The word I got was there was about 50 selects out of 400 applicants. I was on the highly competitive list with about 40 others. I will resubmit in March, my OR thinks the interview I got a 9 in is what held me back. So I'll do an interview and then resubmit.

No one can tell you the odds, but I can tell you I was picked up without my Masters finished...the Navy looks at the whole person, and while a finished graduate degree is a plus, an unfinished one doesn't automatically mean you won't be selected. The key is making your package the best you possibly can by doing things which you can control.
