I've made it this far....
The interview is quick and painless... as long as you were truthfull on your application. I had the same situation, they called me asking for an interview from where i went to school, i explained i moved back home and i was then assigned a new processor closer to my hometown to come see me.

Probably most of the Os where you are working have one and need it.
Believe it or not, most Os never need anything close to it. Many of the folks who have it never use it. It's become almost a status symbol in some places.
Just don't look down and left when responding...

Looking right at them with sincerity. Best not to be too chatty either. Repeated foreign trips (especially to Austria) are a flag especially to countries where active collection operations (by others) are ongoing. We had a guy who had a penpal in USSR (during the Cold War) and he couldn't figure out why his clearance renewal was delayed.
