Agree with HCSC about vertrep. Those who think it's so great haven't done much of anything else.
Well, except for the location of cabin door and the big old ramp in the back...sure, why not? Oh, and the nosewheel and the T/R on the wrong side.

As for an H-60 being a "miniature H-53, Then what, pray tell, is the S-92?
May not be in accordance with NAVPUBWHATEVER3-69, but we treat is as the following:
VERTREP: Repeated Pics and Drops between 2 ships in close proximity (~5NM r less) making repeated runs to facilitate resupply.
EXTERNALS: Flying a suspened load under the helo to a point or ship for drop-off. Usually one way. Such as bringing a 1400# electric motor in a sling to the CV for rewinding.
The return trip a few days later would be considered a seperate external.
