The only time having women around bothers me is when I need to fart real loud...but even that doesn't stop me. Do people still seriously give a shit about this?

This will continue to be a big deal everytime a green Officer shows up and gets her own stateroom on day 1 or new E-3 gets her own rack and forces an E-5 or E-6 back to hot racking. The mere presence of women on soon to be VA and LA class subs is going to adversely affect every crewmember's QOL. This will be true until they build a sub that has enough racks for the whole crew. Nobody really cares about the woman part so much as they care about wanting the perks that normally come after paying one's dues.

Although I am grabbing my popcorn and eagerly awaiting the sitrep of sexism and possibly sexual assault allegations in response to some of A gang's more... um, traditional, methods of ensuring the rigorous qualification standards BZB talks about are upheld.
Sounds like you've already got your mind made up.

Apparently yes.

And I'll fart in front of guys. Ladylikeness is one of my more redeeming qualities.

They really seemed to be enjoying themselves. I presume this is what awaits porn actresses when they're put out to pasture.

One can only wonder if those were actually farts or emanations from a totally different bodily instrument.

My .02 on the subjects at hand:
1- Women on subs: meh. I fail to see how this is different than any other ship in the Navy. I have found it curious that wife of one of my buddies, who was a sub guy, is very adamant that she would never want women serving on subs when her husband was on them. I thought it was hilarious because she knew next to nothing about submarines and yet seemed to know all the reasons why women "couldn't" serve on them. I guess even the uninformed get to have opinions these days.

2- Women farting: Yep they do it. We had a female TACCO who could cropdust with the best of the boys.

3. As to the previous video clip, I would have thought this would have been a better choice:
