Great video from the back of an offshore powerboat racing safety/spotter helo (as-350). A bit lengthy, but there's some awesome flying and scenery, including multiple deployments of the swimmer to collided/sinking vessels (2:50, 5:30).

There was a guy back in the day flying an F-4 from Alameda to Miramar. Along the way he asked ATC if it was alright to do a high speed run along the coast. ATC approved and he "thought" he was therefore covered.

His little speed run ended up costing the Navy many thousands of dollars in beachside broken windows, and almost cost him his wings.

I heard about this on the radio/news. That article apparently neglected to talk about why they were doing it... To demonstrate their hardware for customers like a particular Middle Eastern country that is shooting a lot lately.
