I heard this morning that someone said...

SNRF: Standard Navy Rumor Format ;)
From experience, things that come in this form are false 99% of the time. Not to be a downer, as I know you guys are chomping at the bit and are just trying to gather info, and I totally understand, but it would probably save you guys some stress and headaches if you wouldn't propagate this stuff. Trust me, when the board results are out, the commands are the first to know, so you will be promptly informed. In the mean time, grab a cold one :tongue2_1 , relax :sleep_125 , and wait it out. Should be any day now...

Hot Off The Presses!!!

Just got this before going to class this evening...

Selection Board Results for ET2 GRAHAM

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The information for FY05 Seaman To Admiral STA-21 is not available to you until after the first 48 hours.

Guess that means it's coming out soon...

Yes. Because my wife is not letting me check until I'm at home with her. And we looked yesturday and all that was there was my info from being a Non-Select for FY04 STA-21.

For the record:

"I have no idea what this means. I'm just copying what I have on my Bupers Access, and waiting."

And hopefully sending everyone into a frantic nerve wrecking flurry...

LIKE ME!!!!! :watching3

My understanding of the board convening and quick turnaround of the results is that if they waited until the end of November to announce. Those who are selected would be put in a situation of losing a month to get accepted at their colleges. Also it would push back the early entries into NSI (Nuke's). So they are trying to keep the original dates so they don't put us and themselves in a PICKLE.

Luck us.

The 2 weeks ago info was the same that I got from my CMC today when he called. Any day/minute now then. Good luck all

That sounds good to me! But this not being able to sleep and waking up at 4 in the morning to check is killing me! Luckily I have off until Saturday morning! Guess getting qualified isn't that important right now. So, if my calculations are right from when I received the email from the civilian (see previous post) they made the selections in 6 days? I'm wondering if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Anyway, good luck, i'm going to try to get some sleep
