Place to live in JAX

I live on Gate Pwky on the opposite side of Southside as Esplanade. Seemed like an okay place; never been in there.
 
Anyone have any negatives about Riverside? Particularly The Villa's at St. Johns?

At least I think that's the name of the place...Haven't signed anything yet.
 
Riverside is close to NAS, there are some good resteraunts in the area, Drive to work is prbably about as short as you can get, however a lot of Fruits live in that area.
