I spoke to my recruiter about this today, and from what his source told him at headquarters is that they have filled all BDCP Field Select spots through 2011. However he did tell me that they don't have the number of spots for FY 2012. I guess the reason is there is a big hold up with OCS and all other schools. Once they sort through this mess they will get a number based on the budget and the needs of the navy. I will also graduate in the spring of 2012 like many of you and hope that this information is correct. He did tell me to submit my packet anyway so when the numbers come out I will be on the top of the list to be looked at. Just thought I would pass along my info concerning this dilemma.
