It was a coincidence that under the five previous administrations, no one sent them the money. It happened to happen in conjunction with the nuclear deal.

Regardless, it looks like we are likely at war. Pretty despicable to use this as political points. If we respond, Trump is a warmonger. If we don’t, he’s a weakling.

Listen, I'm glad Soleimani is dead, but the bullshit rhetoric coming from both sides since Jan 2nd has been ridiculous and now both countries will pay for it.

Obama released this money and eased the sanctions for a worthless piece of paper giving the U.S. nothing of value while rewarding decades of Iranian terrorism. Obama allowed them billions of dollars in these funds and economic growth which they promptly used to fund even more terrorism. So it might not have been U.S. taxpayer money but it was money that Iran didn't have but Obama made available. Not a lie, Obama gave them billions of dollars.
