E-6 guys don't fly the T-45 in training. I believe they fly the T-1 with the chair force, as some have mentioned in this thread. TACAIR and E2/C2 guys train in the T-45 before moving onto their respective airframes.

Didn't P-3 pilots instructing in the T-45 get nixed recently? I know of at least one individual up here (Corpus) that WAS in the IUT down there (Kingsville) but then got switched to Primary. I know there are current IPs still, but I'm pretty sure that there won't be any new ones for a while.
