China’s “petroyuan” system is a player in a way that it wasn’t before.
That way overstates that agreement as the why the dollar is the world's reserve currency, while a factor there are a lot of other reasons.
With the Sea Lion oil field advancing, combined with the weakness of the Royal Navy now, wonder if Argentina is going to take another look at The Falklands?
The 'weakness' of the RN is far outweighed by the laughable state of the Argentinian armed forces. Plus, while smaller than it used to be I am not sure I would call a navy with F-35B-equipped carrier/s (they can only equip one at a time, but still...) and Tomahawk-armed subs 'weak'.
