“ For students executing orders to Officer Candidate School Class 12-20 – you should contact your Detailer/Recruiter for an Order Modification to change your class and arrival date in Newport. The report date has been changed to March 29. Guidance is being developed locally concerning reporting instructions for students as well as mitigations that will be put in place to minimize COVID-19 exposure to staff and students at Officer Training Command.
If you don’t have your detailer’s phone number or email, you should call the MNCC Contact Center at 1-833-330-MNCC(6622) or send an email to askmncc@navy.mil. These experts put you through to your detailer for guidance and potential orders modification.”

I would talk to your detailer and see if you can get placed somewhere like TPU/TAD to avoid additional leave.
So i read that the 22 March class was pushed to 29 March. I asked about my 24 May class with my recruiter today and she said that it appears most classes got moved up 2 weeks so im 10 May now. It looks like the 12 April is now 29 March as well, so they are combining the 22 March and 12 April? Anyone else getting that info?

Hey! I'm supposed to be in the same class as you. Is this something that your recruiter is speculating or is it official word that she has received. I haven't been told anything yet but was told to expect some sort of shifting around of dates.
She said she got word this morning about it. Copy and pasted the following(the formatting was off in email so if its off here too forgive me)

Are you a civilian or active duty? I'm active and slated for the 12APR class and was not told anything at work today, my guess is this is more a civilian thing.
I am civilian but from what it looks like the classes in general have changed so i dont think it would matter if civ or active. They pushed 22 back, and moved the others forward from what it looks like.
Has anyone heard any further updates? At first I was supposed to ship in May then I was moved to April. I talked to my recruiter on Thursday and he said they have been rescheduling everyone because there were so many holes in the schedule. I have not been rescheduled yet.

Heard RTC is "shutting down" for some time (alleged recruit with positive diagnosis). Any official word about OTC? @RecruitingGuru or anyone else in the loop?
