on military.com the folks there were saying that the site was coming from Mexico. Maybe its being changed around.

I think it's from Sweden. It's registered by http://www.joker.com/ (based in Germany) and if you see https://joker.com/?&tool=whois&t_whois=americasdumbestsoldiers.com and click on the email link, the address it shows is from Mexico, but the International Calling code in the phone number indicates a Swedish number.

The nameserver, however, http://d.ns.americasdumbestsoldiers.com, is in Swedish, which makes me lean toward it being a Swedish site.
