It has now been 3 weeks since my packet was submitted for ISEL SNA. Anxiously waiting to hear back about being selected or not and when Ill be packing up to head to Rhode Island.

Any bets on when I'll hear back from my recruiter?

What are the odds they don't review my ISEL packet until they hold the board in May?

Good news is, the board meets in 2 weeks. At board list to the recruiters sometime next week, so you’ll find out by then, if you are going to this board as ISEL or weren’t selected ISEL and are just going to the regular board.
Either way, I would assume July for the first class of the fiscal year is possible

Your application will be reviewed by the Aviation OCM, not the proboard, it’s on a rolling basis, that’s totally dependent on when they get to it. I’d imagine they are having to review a bunch of ISEL apps.

Rumor has it that the rolling board meets every 2 weeks so Im hoping I get word any day now.

This is the right answer. While “immediate” might indicate results are almost instant, “rolling board” is more appropriate.

It has been six weeks now since my recruiter submitted my packet for ISEL Supply, should I be worried at how long it taking at this point?
I’ve never heard of anyone taking that long to hear back. From what I’ve seen the average is 2 weeks with it sometimes taking 3-4 weeks.

Do you know if there anyway to circumvent my recruiter with this? I am a little worried as he has been pretty error prone in the process (forgetting to submit my documents for my LASIK eye surgery and not booking my hotel for MEPs....)

Have you followed up recently with your recruiter?

I call or text him every Monday. Generally he doesn't respond for a week or so. Has only let me know that because I am ISEL Supply that the regular board reviews don't apply to me, but hasn't given me anything more than that...
