By "Training Commands" they're referencing accession commands and initial technical training schools, etc. (BUD/S, CNATT, SWOS, sub school, NCOBC, NIOBC, and the like). TRACOMs as we know them now belong to CNAF.

Exactly my experience. There's something in the Fallon area that predictably sets mine off pretty badly. Doc gives me Flonase, and yeah it works after a few days; but I spend the entire det with bloody noses and a mild sore throat for the time I'm using it. Been through the whole experience...

Irrelevant to most from what I've been told. Besides, the ball can be calibrated to target anywhere in the wires. CVN's regularly have individual wires stripped during flight ops (it's not the norm, but occasionally is necessary).

Had my aircrew wings pinned below already and let my wife pin my NFO wings above. Had another guy in my class w/ dolphins above that got moved when his wings went on. As said before, no one will care either way. It's all preference.

Looking for faces I might recognize... it was alive and well for VS too. Used a beer pitcher, and couldn't take the pitcher from your mouth once you started until you finished it all. Best advice was to drink fast, as warm beer and carbonation have generally bad effects. Agreed - good...

And also why some of us can wear NAC w/ NA/NFO wings. FWIW, it's not just the HS AW's it irks - it's the same for VP/VQ and old VS types as well. It actually took longer to get my aircrew wings than it did my NFO wings. For those who aren't familiar with the process, the AW training pipeline...

Been there (switched by choice). Also had two rag classmates who were attrites that picked up NFO. They were both Corpus, and I was a Whiting guy. It happens.

If you're military (and only in a specific billet requiring it), you won't be getting a lifestyle anyway. It's a counter-intelligence scope poly focusing on specific areas. Lifestyle is typically limited to civilian personnel. A poly itself is not a requirement for SCI eligibility. Pugs...

I find that even at my age, I sometimes have difficulty getting the learning point across to younger cohorts, I'm often in better physical condition, and have more long-term career prospects as they're prone to doing some really dumb things. So much for that theory.
