Stupid question time: Whats wrong with doing 3 rolls, but 2 are allowed? Does a roll cause you to change altitude and by doing 3 in a row they're saying that you could potentially hit something without control? OR does it disorient you slightly which is no good at that altitude?

I did that a few times back in '06 along with a few other people. A few weeks into it, they made this new rule that nobody could get up before a certain time (cant remember anymore). Mentally, I think it was easier to do that. But then again, I suppose its good to get your business taken care...

If you're just trying to get a feel for handguns and learn how to shoot properly and will be shooting a lot, get a cheap .22 pistol. Ammo is really cheap and you can learn all the fundementals of good shooting before you invest in a bigger more costly gun.
