Just a flight suit for the mile... goggles are allowed. You tread water for 3 minutes in full gear followed by 2 minutes of floating. Its not hard.

You can decide to drop your air contract and take your chances... if you drop your contract, you fall to the bottom of the stack. When you first arrive, they give you an opportunity to drop it without consequence. After that, good luck.

Pretty much all the SNAs in my API class that were at or over 6 feet were anthro'd out of Prowlers (all for sitting height). Any and all attempts to get remeasure/waivered were denied by the LTs office.
