Do you happen to have an instruction for this? Sure, don't use your GCC at an atm in a strip club or at the Bunny Ranch but considering we can legally get rooms at a casino during travel, pulling money from the GCC from a casino atm doesn't ring as a no-no in my book.

Unless it's just drastically different in the Marines you can just click to have all your money pay to you instead of to the GCC, which will avoid the asspain of requesting a refund.

The one caveat I've seen is that there seems to be a strong following for collectors who like to collect high-end watches that have no-shit flown in combat. It doesn't make the prices skyrocket but it adds some decent value to them, at least the few I've personally seen.

Which I don't necessarily agree with. My current job has changed my opinion on that as we tend to have the most current and most qualed guy signing for the aircraft, not just the senior guy by default.

Yes, that can be done, seniority doesn't necessarily mean they always sign for the aircraft. However, the experience of flying as the HAC is a little different when the senior is acting as the copilot than compared to having a peer or a junior JO in the copilot seat.
