This was just for people in the training pipeline. Do not expect to have an opportunity like that in the future. That being said, it is also a viable option for S-3 guys during the sundown.

Another good mod to get from the PR's is the CEP (Communication Ear Pieces). It's an optional mod to most helmet models. We had it in the S-3 and I still have it in the C-2. It's foamie earplugs that have mini speakers in them so you literally only hear the ics/radios. All outside noise is...

I think AA is pretty wary of the merger these days. Although the TWA merger was good for many, the timing really made it a difficult experience for AA. Most of the TWA guys are still out on furlough.
