The AT-6 is a foreign design aircraft, built here under license (AT-6 is effectively a Pilatus PC-9). Pilatus licensed it to Beechcraft to do the defense deal (same relationship as the KC-45).

I am pretty much positive you would not want to pull anything that you can conceal on a group of 25-30 pirates with SMGs/MGs/RPGs/etc. You won't come out on the winning end of that one.

Not relevant to the OP but for search purposes, if you're non-prior, you cannot (according to my past NRD) pay into/start MGIB while in BDCP. You have to start paying into it after finishing OCS.
