When did you submit yours? I called last week and I was told the same thing despite submitting my package about 2 weeks before the due date.

Did he say what the reason was?

I got an email January 16th saying “your OCS application has been received and is in process for board consideration (SWO-11600).

That was from the fleet processor. I did not call him, I assumed that meant I was good. With all these people saying their package may not make it to the board I am a little nervous since I received that email so long ago.

I submitted mine on 18JAN19. They told me they had so many submissions that they wont even get to my package to forward it before the board. I'm hoping for some luck and that somehow they forward it in time.

I wouldn't worry to much because they actually emailed you.
I submitted my package 18Jan and I didn't get a conformation email back until 04Feb.

I received the same email, i cant remember when. Then when I called the processor last week, he said my application was delayed by my medical even though I already have an approved N3M letter with my package. He told me that there will be no guarantee that it will make it to the Feb board but he will try since I submitted it 2 weeks prior to the deadline. I received an email again this week saying I am in the the Feb SWO board.

I recommend calling them again just to make sure.

Oh my goodness now I’m terrified. I have an approved N3M letter as well. I’m definitely calling Monday. Even though it will be too late to do anything if there is a delay in my package. Thanks for the information

No problem! There is probably no reason for you too worry though since it seems like you submitted your package early. I have a medical waiver for my blood disorder. I am just guessing they may have reviewed my medical again.

Can you tell me how to get in contact with the fleet processor? Id like to check on the status of my package because I didn't get an email and I had submitted mine 19Jan19. Also, isn't the board convene date Monday?

What Newdecca said. I believe fleet processor handles enlisted applicants only though.

I also submitted my package before the application due date and never received a confirmation e-mail unlike you guys, so consider yourselves lucky! however, I talked to a processor and he said that after it's reviewed by medical as long as it's cleared, it should be good to be sent to the board... Hoping for the best.
