After missing the December board by only a few days and seeing how many applicants were taken, I'm a little skeptical about a board meeting in Feb, but like I said... It sure would be nice

Agreed. Nothing we can do now guys. Our kits are in and waiting has begun. The navy offers an awesome career ,yet those of us selected will give up certain freedoms. It really helps to focus on enjoying these freedoms before never being a civilian again. Enjoy life and live in the now! I'm in the same boat as you all and good luck. Give me another week and I'll be waiting with the rest of you. Air Force 14OT02 board results came out, 0 pilot slots offered. This might cause some action with the Navy recruiters. Luckily I started on my Navy package a while back and it's almost complete.

Not too excited about getting applicants for SNA. who prefer the 'Chair Force' over Naval Air. I'm sure the AF has lots of UAV 'combat pilot' slots available!

You're not joking man...the AFOQT was no walk in the park however I was able to post some strong scores. Looking forward to the ASTB this Friday.

Yeah, I know! My quantitive score for the AFOQT was pretty high, everything else was a disappointment. My hands were literally shaking when I was eating my lunch during the break from brain damage. The ASTB is much more straightforward, and you have a lot of time. Just a little bit more fractions and physics based, but you can get the answer just by looking at the diagram.

I felt the ASTB-E in general was much harder than the AFOQT. That new program was a beezy. However, I felt the joystick and UAV portion of the ASTB was easier than the PCSM.

Haha...love this. Trust me guys, I am not a die hard AF guy. If so I would have taken the CSO slot that I was offered. Looking to yank and bank like the rest of you.
