A classmate has his NATOPS on his iPad. Considering P-3 tube NATOPS are something like 5 or 600 bucks a copy (not sure how much all our job aids are), might not be a bad idea.
Does the hornet at least have some sort of approach ability beyond tacan, par, and Alcs? I had to use a 60R to get some instrument prof in the past few weeks and it was painful. The Romeo only has a tacan so finding a local field that has a tacan was painful.Instead of an iPad in the cockpit, could I just have a civilian ILS for the Hornet please?
No gps approach capability for the 60 family...yet. It's coming, but we're not there yet.no gps approach capability? what the shit?
Same for the Prowler and I presume as much for the F/A-18 series, but I'm not certain.no gps approach capability? what the shit?
