Bro i'm jealous. my ISEL application has supposedly been submitted since March and I still haven't heard anything back. What were your scores?

I’m still waiting for my ISEL Supply packet that was submitted on 3/11, been a very tedious 9 weeks. Talked to my recruiter yesterday and he said still no word yet…

So, do applicants get 'results' as in, say, "We selected you!" OR "We did not choose you because of x y and z." or do you just get selected or not selected and you never learn why you were [?] not selected? Sorry to ask a negative question, so sending extra good vibes to counteract that.

When I applied previously, my recruiter only informed me of the board's final decision—whether I was selected or not—without offering any additional context or feedback. That was a few years ago however, so hopefully the process has evolved since then.
