paul.l.celestin.civ@us.navy.mil is who i submitted it to. Does not have to come directly from the boss, but you will need to provide an endorsement letter.

I’m assuming some of you have already submitted your packages for the URLO ISPP. Anybody have an endorsement letter I can reference from my CO to the Flag?
I created one with the Navy Correspondence Manual but would be awesome if ya’ll could help a brotha out! Much appreciated!

Do we fill out the standard OCS application? There isn't a check box for this particular program, not a soul I've encountered on this base has any information and I work on NSAHR HQ.

Just a fun fact for those applying ISPP. I spoke with Paul and he confirmed that ISPP is not a 100% selection. As we see with what is going on with Pilot applicants right now, it is very possible to be an ISPP applicant and get turned down.

I have already talked to my flag writer and admin, the format they provided is very generic. I just want to compare what I am writing to another applicant in this novel program to make sure I am on the right track with the verbiage. If someone who has an example sees this post I’d like to have their assistance so please don’t defer my question to the obvious answer.

It’s not meant to be a hard process at all. Additionally, where’s your chain of command in all of this?

Being that dozens of sailors have submitted for this without issues, seems like the flag endorsement shouldn’t be that difficult.
