What is implied with that? Should white males be quiet about issues regarding gender? That attitude would be both sexist and racist, so I doubt you mean that.

‘notice to air missions’ means that the missions are getting the notice.
Guess that means the pilot is no longer required to check them since the ‘mission’ will now be responsible. Is the mission planner now responsible?

As this language change is being implemented upon English speakers, wonder how this change to neutral language is going to play out on languages that are gendered such as Spanish and French.

I've given you a lot of credit here over the years for being a smart, reasonable person. The idea that white males, as a group that has more or less been the dominant force in American society since its inception... the group making the rules... might be a little tone deaf about what an out-group may or may not consider important, shouldn't be foreign to you.
Non whites are more receptive to the struggles of womyn. Every racist person knows this.
White males also don't get to impose Latinx on a culture they have very little understanding of. I'd insert a video of Biden and other white American males using the term but I have more important shit to do.
