I'd kill for that sustained pace, how long have you been running?
Off and on for the pass two years of applying. Last January When I didn’t get picked up I decided to run 1000 miles in a year, and that morphed into running at least 3 miles a day 268 days ago. Now it’s I wanna run at least 3 miles for 365 consecutive days.

how do you deal with the freezing weather? I go on 3 milers, and I live in MA, and it fucking blows....granted I go out at 5 am since I have to go to work, but still Colorado ain't Florida either

I run with a buff and beanie. Also if it’s snowing out I run in water repellent shoes (Pegasus 37s). Also usually do a water repellent jacket and thermal underneath. I also wear running tights.

That's good, makes sense for where you are right now. I'd love to be at that point for OCS to maintain a pace like that but for me I don't think I can get there before I leave, which sucks.

When I got out of the military nearly two years ago I quit running completely lol. Jokes on me.
