For those curious about @swmonroe88 analysis of the last board. Roughly 50% of people heard back within 2 days of the first prorec, and 80% heard back within 5 days. Assuming this breakdown is based on when people posted about getting selected, its quite possible that these numbers are actually occuring earlier. Tl;dr- keep your phone ringer on.

FYSA, these pro recs are based off of an unofficial list that has been released in the portal. However, they have been uploaded prior to final signature, thus most recruiters, including mine, refuse to disclose until final because they have seen error in the past and one of the worst things is to have to call an applicant back and say sorry it was an error you are actually ProRec N.
