Orange Park. There's also a lady who does military embroidery on wells, you could try her, but the harley store works with leather all the time and knew what they were doing.

Flags and some other stuff they have in stock ready to ship. Custom stuff, about 6 months.

Like Synix said above me, about six months. A buddy of mine received his in only a couple though. But I'd plan closer to six.

Ordered in February, arrived in May. I emailed TG explaining I was about to move so my patches were bumped up in the cycle...agree with the above, expect a wait on the order of months.
