I tried a couple of times to get approval before my 6 month mark. They denied it every time until I hit 6 months post surgery.

The normal rule of thumb is 6 months. If you eyes fully stabilize prior, you can always attempt for a waiver sooner. Otherwise, try again at the 6 month mark.
 
Hello everyone I wanted to ask if someone knows what is the current turnaround time for N3M to make decisions for a waiver.
I submitted my documents on July 22, 2025
How backed up are they?

I went to MEPS on April 1,
They disqualified me for a Pneumothorax incident I had in September 2022
I have submitted all the CT scan reports along with Doctor's interpretations.

Asked my recruiter on Monday, he told me "the processor is going send them an email"
