For the priors who went to OCS.. Is it worth getting new NWUS, PT Gear..etc before going? or just buy it all there when it comes time for issuing day.

Absolutely go to a NMCRS thrift shop and buy everything you possibly can, with an OCS acceptance letter you can buy O stuff although no one checked just sold it to me. You’ll save thousands and everything I got passed the once-over inspection the RDCs or whatever they’re called gave them.

I think I paid $5 for my dress blues.

You need a Satisfactory-Medium IIRC, but “you’re going to want to be prepared to perform better” at OCS

A good-medium should be fine as long as you’re not compensating for one really poor run with an outstanding push-up.

But someone could back me up, I’m half guessing.
