I second that one. The other day I did mine with my legs out more and I got about 30 less. Took me a while to figure out why I was so fatigued.

I would advise practicing with them out a bit, and then for the actual PFT, make sure they're as close as you can get them.... it'll make them that much easier on the PFT.
