How does one change their username?

Much fun was had by all including yet another poster who tried to figure out how putting that word in your profile (mysteriously) actually banned you.

Who was also then banned...

And thus, while not "automatic", placing the word "Banned" in your custom user title, actually DOES cause your account to be banned.
