Easy way to get over the anxiety (or actually make yourself vomit) is do 10 burpees for every day you have to wait, add them consecutively each day the wait is longer (first day 10, second day 20, third day 30.... etc) ... By the time you have your answer, you should know about how physically ready you are for OCS. two birds.

Are you insane! From what you guys are saying we’ll have to do 140-210 burpees on the last day alone ?

My trainer is already kicking my ass in preparation?
