Huh. Interesting. Didn't know that. Wonder if they take 'em all to the Boat at the same time? And if so, where do they put 'em? Or do they just leave one ashore?
From what I remember from my time with CVW 5, they took 4 to the boat and left one at home.

The Bunk's flight helmet in the USS Midway E2/C2 ready room museum

Just to toot my own horn...mainly due to the fact that I haven't really done much of anything in my 16 years in the Navy (I'm a prior COD pilot of course) but here is my helmet now residing in the E2/C2 ready room museum on the USS Midway. It kind makes me look cool when I'm anything but.

Now that I finally have jet training figured out...there's one squadron doing the advanced E2/C2 training, and they have to share their jets.

Will carrier prop advanced ultimately be done in the Goshawk? You said the T-2 has characteristics like the T-34. Training them in the T-2 makes sense, economical and otherwise, but continuing on in the 'Hawk!

...sounds like truck driving school done in a Vette'?

Just wondering?

8 bladed CODs?

Is this an illusion form the shutter speed or do East Coast CODs have salad shooter props now too?

I saw some 8 bladed CODs parked on the ramp in Jax a week or so ago.

Priority was Hawkeye first and now it's the Greyhound's turn....

A C-40, huh? Couldn't have possibly meant a C-2A Greyhound from VRC-40. *facepalm*
